A Principled Approach
Purchasing or selling a home can become one of the most important financial decisions you can make for your family. That said, it’s extremely critical to choose the right agent to represent you. This should be non- negotiable in my opinion. You must choose wisely because this decision could impact you and your family in the future. With that in mind, I understand my job as a realtor comes with a lot of responsibility. When I help my clients buy and sell homes, I give them maximum effort and valuable information to help them make the best possible decision. I always do what’s in their best interest because I care and it’s the right thing to do.

Being in the real estate business for almost 20 years, I have the experience and knowledge you deserve. Since I have lived in NJ my entire life, I take great pleasure in sharing the beauty and benefits of my home state with others. I consider myself hardworking, driven and determined. These are qualities instilled in me from my Mom who was in commercial real estate for 45 years and my Dad who always did his best to achieve and provide for his family. Both led by example and taught me the value of an honorable reputation.
About Me
On a personal note- I have a beautiful wife and four wonderful children. I understand the importance of providing for my family and staying motivated and to respect others that do the same. I am a full time realtor- this is my only job. I enjoy all sports, but especially golf (when I have time!) I love to cook and spend time with my family and friends. I also help coach my sons’ baseball and basketball teams and am actively involved with the local communities.

William is a great guy and a very knowledgeable realtor who gets you the best value for your home . William goes above and beyond to make sure he is there to help with inspections , fixes and negotiating fairly with buyers. Selling a house can be stressful but William is a great help with assessing the correct market value of the house , getting house ready for showings and communicating with sellers on buyers feedback etc. I highly recommend his services , overall a genuine guy and wonderful realtor to work with.

In my family’s recent relocation to Ohio, the relocation company provided the names of a few real estate companies that were on their preferred provider list. We had agents from 2 of these companies visit our home to discuss the process of putting our home on the market, and HANDS DOWN, William was the person my wife and I knew we wanted to manage the sale of our home. From wanting to know what we expected in a real estate agent, to providing expert guidance on setting an appropriate price on our home, and driving resolution of issues in a timely manner, William delivered beyond our expectations. He was incredibly responsive throughout the sale of our home, returning emails, phone calls, and/or texts late at night and on weekends. For an air conditioner leak that occurred the day prior to closing and after my family had departed for Ohio, William brought in a contractor to repair the leak on very short notice. In sum, if you want a real estate agent with integrity, who will go the extra yard, delivers without fail, and is an absolute pleasure to work with, then William is your guy.
